    Description

    DESCRIPTION:
    This auction is for an "adorable" Baby Dimples doll, E.I.H Co., Horsman dolls 1927-1930.  Incised on the back of head is "E.I.H. Co.Inc". Measures 15"  tall being a composition flange head (wire around the neck), composition arms with all fingers intact, composition legs with cloth body torso. "Dimples" has a wonderful character face with open and close blue tin sleepy eyes that work fine, eye brows and lashes are worn, doll has open mouth with two upper teeth and tongue. Rose color blushed cheeks with a little "Dimple" in each cheek. Some overall paint wear on the composition with a little line crazing for being close to 100 years old.  Doll has painted molded yellow brown hair.  "Dimples is wearing a vintage gown with lace and pink ribbon trim that buttons down the back. There is a nite shirt, top, undies, stockings and great knit bonnet on her head. Clothing is clean and in nice condition, no odors. "Dimples" holds her little rag doll which is included with her.
