Antique 12 Inch Composition Doll Jesse McCutcheon Raleigh Doll Company. Condition is “Used”. Shipped with USPS priority mail .50. From a non-smoking home. Please look at all of the pictures. From 1918?

• Doll is NOT marked
• Do NOT know what kind of doll this is for certain
• The tag indicates that the doll is from 1918
• The name(s) in the title I came up with from reading the handwritten hang tag and looking the names up on the internet
• Do NOT know if the wig is original or not
• The doll has a hairline crack that starts on her left eyeball and goes out onto her face
• The paint on the doll is probably original but I do NOT know for certain
• There’s a possibility that the things on her face like eyes and eyebrows, lips, things like that, may have been repainted but I do NOT know for certain
• The doll has some cracks/crazing/wear/marks/discoloring?
• She has some black marks on her back and on her sides
• The shoes and socks appear to be original and I did NOT want to take them off because I worries they would get messed up
• The dress appears to be original
• The white underwear and definitely NOT original
• The shoes have some pretty normal wear and tear/marks and stains
• The dress appears to be a bit faded and discolored with some minor stains
• The flowers on the collar of the dress are definitely NOT original
• The dress became a bit ripped on the back by the right sleeve as I was trying to take it off of the doll, I ended up taking it off over her head
• The bow is attached to her hair by a bobby-pin
• There is some thread by that bow that does NOT appear to be original
* The vast majority of the items have been in my home for many years, some up to 30. Some were purchases along the way, and on eBay in the last 10 years or so.
*  I am sorry that I am not able to describe these items in better detail, my grandmother knew this stuff backward and forwards but unfortunately she is no longer with us.
*  Nothing I have is a museum piece, these were just collected through the years from all over the place, mostly doll shows and doll shops in Texas.
*  Most of these items are from a collection that spanned 50 years, many of these dolls may have been touched up, repainted, repaired, etc.  Some I can tell and some I just don't know.
*  I am no expert on the
originality
of clothes, hair, accessories etc. Please looks at the pictures and go from there.
*  Items are from a non-smoking home.
* I will combine shipping in most cases (as long as the auctions end in the same few days), just wait for the auctions to end and contact me.
* I have sold stuff on and off for over 20 years on Ebay, under this same name.  If there is a problem please contact me and I will try to work it out. This is not something I am doing just to make a quick buck.
*  Shipping can be expensive, please keep in mind that the actual cost paid to the post office is not the true cost, eBay includes that amount when I am charged fees which is around 13%, If you win an auction and you get your item and you feel your were unfairly charged then contact me about a refund. I loose money on shipping at times, it just comes with the territory.
* I have a very large collection and I intend to list a lot of items in the near future. I have way more items than I can probably ever list.
