I noticed it has a small staple on the side of its head. It Has some paint flaked off the hands that is pictured. The Chin moves up and down, but the string on the back of the neck that controls the mouth is missing.

    Description

    Antique Ideal Doll Dopey Ventriloquist Composition 20" Doll.  Has been stored in a box with other antique dolls, it is dirty, the only cleaning that has been done is a light dusting.  I noticed it has a small staple on the side of its head. It Has some paint flaked off the hands that is pictured. The Chin moves up and down, but the string on the back of the neck that controls the mouth is missing.    It has a composition head and hands, with a semi soft body.  There is an "Ideal Doll" Imprint on the back of the neck.  Cracking and chipping is not uncommon with dolls of this age.
