Antique Composition or wooden Baby Doll Head moving eyes

Antique Composition or wooden Baby Doll Head moving eyes please see photos. Condition is "Used".
I do not know much about dolls (or their heads) nor do I sow or have any craft talent. but when comparing it looks most like a composition doll but when I look inside it appears wooden it has a cloth over the mouth area on the inside and seems to have wooden eyes. There is a few marks on it and dust as with most antique items . There is one small missing piece of an eyelid
Any questions I will do my best to answer
This came from my grandmother who recently passed at 92 for her to keep it ,it had to be either hers or her mother's.
