Antique doll blonde celluloid head composition arms legs old baby clothes #250

This is an antique doll, probably from Germany. I am not a doll expert and don't normally deal with these antique dolls but they are too cute not to offer!!  I will tell you what I know and I have shown all 12 photos. You can always write me with any questions and I can try to help.
This doll is 15" long, wearing antique baby clothes (3 pieces).  The back of her head is marked 250. I do not see any other markings.  Her legs and arms have some crackling.  She has blonde hair and blue sleepy eyes. She has peachy cheeks and red lips, mouth slightly open.   Her head is moveable.  She weighs about 11 oz as shown, including clothes.
A note came with the doll stating "celluloid head with composition arms and legs".
She is sold as is, as shown!
