    . Hand signed and hand numbered. Reverse blank. Has a tear from bottom edge to P in COMPANY.
    2 15/16 by 6 5/8 inches.  There are two varieties of these notes.  This variety has Liberty anointing Eagle; the other has denomination vertical on right end.  All coins were hoarded and the Confederacy, states, banks, insurance companies, merchants, and railroads issued notes in order to keep going.  What a story these notes could tell if they could talk.
