I am not sure what the other measurement is for. At the 8 ounce line it says 1/2 and at the 4 ounce line it says 1/4 so maybe these fractions are in reference to a pint since one cup is half a pint. The glass color is clear with a slight amethyst look from age as happens with some antique glass but does look more clear than my photos show. There was a Fancher's Drug Store in West Winsted, Connecticut.

    Description

FANCHER'S Antique Advertising Measuring Glass Cup --
This heavy glass measuring cup has "From FANCHERS." acid etched on one side. There was a Fancher’s Drug Store in West Winsted, Connecticut for many years owned by George Lewis Fancher. He bought the drug store in 1907 which dates this cup early 1900’s.
The glass is clear with a slight amethyst look from age. It holds one cup and has heavily embossed lines with ounce markings. I am not sure what the other measurement is for. At the 8 ounce line it says 1/2 and at the 4 ounce line it says 1/4 so maybe these fractions are in reference to a pint since one cup is half a pint.
The glass weighs nearly a pound so shipping weight will be in the one to two pound range. It will be mailed priority with tracking and insurance.
    You pay actual shipping,
I do not add any handling costs. It will be double boxed and is from a smoke free home.
