DFC Brake Rotors are engineered for performance at a great value. Drilled and slotted rotors will grab more bite to the brake pads giving you shorter stopping distance especially in wet weather. The drilled holes will reduce the heat that builds on the rotor. The slots on the rotor removes brake and road debris and prevent pad glazing.

Each rotor casting is sent to our state of the art machining facilities, where it is processed to the tightest tolerances available in the market today. Then, the rotor is prepared with a non-directional finish to promote a faster and more even brake pad bed-in, along with quieter and smoother stops.
Finally, all vented rotors are 100% inspected for balance and are corrected if necessary with our state of the art electronic mill-balance process.
After all of the machining processes are completed, each rotor passes a 100% inspection station that measures all critical attributes to ensure that each rotor meets OE specifications. This further guarantees that each and every rotor delivered to you is trouble free.

PTFE coatings, or Polytetrafluoroethylene are non-stick fluoropolymer coatings that use a two-coat (primer/topcoat) system. These products have the highest operating temperature of any fluoropolymer and have extremely low coefficient of friction, fair abrasion resistance and good chemical resistance.
Even after changing brake pads, there may be noise coming from the brake components at every stop. Installing new DFC Brake Hardware Kits will reduce or eliminate the noise.
