Simply adorable,
large 12" size
, antique composition,
"Scootles",
chubby
jointed
doll, by
Cameo
and designed by
famed illustrator and designer,
Rose O'Neill, circa 1925
. With her
rare, big
blue,
sparkling
SLEEP eyes,
chubby cheeks and smiling expression including lots of dimples she is sure to capture someone's ♥ heart! She has the deepest molded and painted curly dark blonde hair, jointed arms with starfish shaped hands, swivel neck and jointed legs with the
cutest knees
and wide, flat feet to stand and ready for display in his/her darling blue checked plaid, cotton dress with big white collar. She is one of the hardest to find, larger size, composition  dolls with
sleep eyes
and is in excellent condition with no damages or repairs, no cracks or missing paint (some light paint craze lines on her arms as shown, small paint chip inside one hand). She/he has had no repainting or repairs and will be a welcome addition to any doll collection. (loc. 4671) Other Kewpie friends are
