This is a new marine steering wheel.
The wheel includes the aluminum center cap and attached keyed hub.
Installation should be a snap, most wheels are installed with only 1 large 3/4 inch nut. You could also remove the 6 screws and install this wheel directly to the hub already mounted on the steering shaft.
This wheel can be used on any boat  that uses a standard marine keyed hub.   Most boat manufactures use a standard size wheel, so it should fit.
