Rare Antique Topsy Turvy Two Dolls in One.
This doll has a very cute Dutch girl in her Dutch dress.  Her face, arm and hands are ceramic and have no damage.
When flipped, there is a sleeping baby doll in a pink pattered dress.  Her face is celluloid sewn onto a full cloth body.
Her hands are composition and have no damage.
The doll is tattered, dirty and needs a good cleaning.
