Johnson Dual (2) Lever Ship-Master Remote Control Box
P/N: 377250
Identical to Evinrude Simplex and Gale Bosun remote control boxes
This is a great condition, excellent working, reconditioned control box.
Complete with standard pre-1979 (fits 1953 and up) Type 400 throttle and shift cables and connector ends.
Shift cable (near side of outboard) is 11' long and throttle cable (far side of outboard) is 1' longer at 12' to accommodate the extra reach needed.
Box is multi-directional - can easily be converted from starboard to port surface mounting.
Light-duty aftermarket plastic replacement boxes without cables or ends are retailing for 9.99 and are nowhere comparable to the original rugged cast aluminum OMC box sold here.
New, cables retail at most marine stores for .99 each, and cable connector ends retail for .99.
Includes 12-page Installation and Operating Instructions.
Includes control cable fastening clamps/clips for port and starboard side of outboard.

Box comes rigged with two Type 400 Uflex (OMC Long-Life) control cables (standard cables that will work for 1953 thru 1978 Evin/John/Gale)
Also rigged with throttle and shift cable connector guide ends

CABLE MEASUREMENT:
11' and 12' factory cable measurements are taken from the brass tube end to brass tube end.
If you are measuring just the length of the black vinyl jacket, the 11' cables would have 9 foot 10-1/2 inches of vinyl, the 12' cables would have 10 foot 10-1/2 inches of vinyl.
