Here is custom Tattoo Machine number 12 for 2021’ by JCs Tattoos. This full size steel frame tattoo machine has a frosted black Cougar, Cat design theme and has been built as a daily use shader for your day to day shading and coloring needs. It has a set of 1-1/4” hand wound 8 layer coils on it.  They have black washers on them and have been covered with black heat shrink to give them a smooth look to match the design. The springs on this machine are hand cut and tuned blue tempered steel springs.  They have been made specifically for this machines performance as a day to day shader machine.  They are locked onto the spring deck with a custom cut and punched dime that has been turned into a shelf washer. My machines are pre tuned and broken in fully loaded with a needle and grip locked in the vice and a rubber band in place.  It has been set up to run properly fully loaded at 6.5 volts + - depending on the size needle grouping you are tattooing with.  Set up at 6.5 volts it will have a 60% duty cycle and will produce 92 cycles per second.  The armature bar has been set up with a standard-medium shader throw that will push your (shader) needle groupings through 13’s nice and smoothly.  This machine is a sweet buy and ready to get to work, so don’t pass up this deal.  Please write with any questions and buy with confidence.  Shipping to the USA only.  Thanks Jon C, JC’s Tattoo’s
