Here is a custom handmade steel Panther Tattoo Machine #15 for the year by JCs Tattoos. This machine has been built as a strong running Shader packer for all your daily grind shading needs.   It has a set of hand wound 1-1/4” 8 layer coils on it.  They have wooden washers on them with black color wraps to match and set off the holographic glitter filled resin. The coils have been fully resined together giving them a crystal clear hourglass appearance.  The springs on this machine are hand cut and tuned blue tempered steel springs.  They have been made specifically for this machines performance as a shader packer.  They are locked onto the spring deck with a custom cut and punched brass hexagon piece that has been made into a shelf washer.  The vice screw on the machine is a steel wing that has been brazed onto a USA 8-32 screw.  My machines are pre tuned and broken in fully loaded with a needle and grip locked in the vice and a rubber band in place.  It has been set up to run properly fully loaded at 6.5 volts + - depending on the size needle grouping you are tattooing with.  Set up at 6.5 volts it will have a 55% duty cycle cold and will produce 86 cycles per second.  The armature bar has been set up with a medium shader throw that will push your (shader) needle groupings up to 15’s easy.  This machine is a sweet buy and ready to get to work, so don’t pass up this deal.  Please write with any questions and buy with confidence.  Shipping to the USA only.  Thanks Jon C, JC’s Tattoo’s
