Two Antique Composition Dolls As Is 14 Inches Rare 1927 Lucky Aviation Kid
Two 14 inch antique composition baby dolls.
One is unmarked with composition head and lower arms,
cloth body and sound mechanism inside that does not work.
Wearing beautiful antique gown with jacket and includes
an additional one piece play suit from the era.
Cloth on upper arms has been replaced and doll needs
TLC to restore it back to beauty. See pictures.
Second doll is a hard to find 1927 Petite American Character doll
called the Lucky Aviation Kid or Charles Lindbergh doll.
Torso is cloth, but head, arms and legs are composition that
shows flaking and some crazing.
Arms and legs are jointed and doll has blue sleep eyes.
Wearing original brown aviator suit and flight cap, small
red, white and blue "Spirit of St. Louis" model plane
ribbon, socks and leather booties.
Marked on back Petite American Character Doll.
Will not separate. Sold as lot of two only.
