Vintage 1920s Effanbee Walk Talk Sleep 18"-19" Doll Composition & Cloth w outfit.
This doll is extremely rare it has the hard hair instead of the actual synthetic hair. I believe she is from the 1920s possibly earlier her eyes open and close perfectly. Her eyes are a hazelish blue green in color kind of hard to tell they kind of look green or Hazel. I would love to see this doll go to a person that will put life back into it she chips every time you take her clothes on and off so when I removed her clothes to show her body and her stamps her paint was chipping so I left her clothes off please take note or clothes will not be on when you receive this doll if this bothers you please move on we have actually had someone return a doll because the clothes were not on the doll when they got it a lot of times collectors like to see the doll naked so they can see every flaw etc this one has paint flaws and its foot is chipped a couple of chipped fingers someone that is good with this kind of doll I'm sure could fix this one well it is an original with absolutely nothing different on it. The gown and the underground with the pantyhose and the knit cap and the socks may or may not be original clothing I'm almost guaranteeing the hot socks and pantyhose definitely are not original but the gown may be. You are purchasing this doll as is I will pack her well she is chipped cracked paint chips you can see all of her flaws in the pictures it is clear that she has aging and that she does need some love but she is a rare valuable doll that could be repainted and brought back to life with ease her eyes open and close wonderfully which is rare when they are in this kind of condition which is great because that is the harder part to fix her eyes are also in great condition. The reason that this is a rare one is because it is 18 to 19 in it is a big life-sized doll and it has the hard hair it does not have the synthetic hair she is rare both in size and in color combination with eyes and hair etc we will work with you on price but we will not take nothing for her as we know that she has some value even in this condition without a doubt.
