Vintage Doll Swiss Man Boy Folk Art handmade OOAK 16”

OOAK Doll 12”.
This unusual doll appears to be dressed in a Swiss costume.  His face is a composition material which does show an amount of bumps. Except for head, the body limbs of cloth is a stuffed  doll. The hands are plain flesh color that look like mittens. He measures 12" from the top of head to feet.
Wears handmade clothes.  Stockings cloth shoes. Very weird wig, eyes bug out.  Slight smile. Very unusual. No artist name found.
Condition is "Used" Pre-owned. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
