    DESCRIPTION:
    Vintage hat badge.
    HARLEY DAVIDSON MOTORCYCLES wings.  By LEAVENS AWARD CO, Attleboro, Massachusetts.  Gold plated cast white metal with black and orange paint accent.  2 posts with butterfly clutch backs.  All original.
    Markings:  Leavens trademark "L" in casting.
    Mid 20th century.  USA.
    CONDITION:
    A few small scattered spots of oxidation.  Consult photos.  Nothing terribly conspicuous.
    Otherwise this badge is in excellent all original condition with no damage and no significant wear.  No repairs or touch ups.
